The Hollyland Solidcom H1 10S is a professional hybrid analog digital wireless intercom system built specifically for heavy duty production environments like concert stages large scale festivals and sports broadcasting
Unlike standard all in one headset systems the H1 architecture utilizes a dedicated ANT01 Antenna base station coupled with rugged BPK01 beltpacks giving you significantly greater range wider group routing options and massive future scalability
Here is a breakdown demonstration of how the 10 person system functions its core features and its setup workflow
The System Configuration
The Solidcom H1 10S turnkey package includes everything required to deploy a 10 person full duplex simultaneous two way talk network right out of the box
-
10 x Solidcom H1 BPK01 Beltpacks: Lightweight 305g rugged and IP65 water and dust resistant
-
10 x Noise Cancelling Single Ear Headsets: Connected via pro grade 10 pin LEMO connectors
-
1 x Solidcom ANT01 Antenna Unit: The central wireless hub providing the system massive range
-
1 x 10 Bay Battery Charging Base and Power Supplies: Keeps the 15 hour batteries cycling
-
Hard Shell Flight Case: For heavy duty transport
Step by Step Deployment Demo
Setting up the system takes under five minutes because the beltpacks come pre paired to the antenna from the factory
Step 1 Position the ANT01 Antenna
Mount the ANT01 antenna central to your production space ideally elevated on a light stand Connect it to AC power using the included DC adapter The antenna projects a massive 500 meter 1640 feet Line of Sight radius
Step 2 Power On the Beltpacks
Slide a charged lithium ion battery into each BPK01 beltpack and hold the power button The screen will illuminate and automatically link to the ANT01 antenna over the secure interference free 1 9GHz DECT spectrum
Step 3 Connect the Headsets
Plug the heavy duty 10 pin LEMO connector from the single ear headset into the top of the beltpack Position the mic boom about two fingers away from your mouth
Step 4 Configure Groups via the App
Open the Hollyvox Mobile App or use a web browser on a laptop connected to the antenna network Out of the box the standalone system supports creating up to 12 independent communication groups separating Camera Ops Lighting and Audio Assign the beltpacks to their respective teams with a simple tap
Key Features Demonstrated in the Field
1 20dB Environmental Noise Control ENC
In a high noise environment like standing right next to a concert PA system or a roaring racetrack the dual mic ENC goes to work The external mic samples the room ambient roar while the main directional microphone focuses on your voice The system applies an inverse phase algorithm to suppress 20dB of background noise preventing stage noise from bleeding into your crew ears
2 Going True Wireless via Bluetooth 5 2
While the system comes with heavy duty single ear headsets the BPK01 beltpacks feature integrated Bluetooth 5 2 If a crew member prefers not to wear a traditional overhead headset they can pair their own wireless TWS earbuds or a commercial Bluetooth over ear headset directly to their waist pack completely eliminating headphone cables
3 Native Dante Audio over IP Integration
For elite production environments the ANT01 antenna features an RJ45 Dante interface 4x4 This allows you to patch the intercom channels straight into digital mixing consoles matrix systems or broadcast trucks via standard network cables no external converters required
4 Limitless Scalability
If your team grows past 10 people the architecture is designed to expand seamlessly
-
Cascading Antennas: You can link up to 3 ANT01 units together via network cable to support 30 standalone beltpacks
-
Geo Central Station: For massive arena sized footprints adding the optional Geo Central Station expands the system capacity up to 80 simultaneous beltpacks and 100 independent groups with seamless roaming
