By enclosing both ears in deep protective padding, this headset isolates you from ambient sound. It is designed for loud event environments—such as live music festivals, sporting arenas, noisy broadcast floors, and houses of worship with intense house volumes—where clear crew coordination over standard single-sided headsets becomes impossible.

  • Dual-Ear Passive Sound Barrier: Features two thick, over-ear leatherette cushions that seal firmly around the ear canals. This provides immediate passive acoustic insulation against excessive crowd roar or stage speaker bleed.

  • Acoustically Optimized Dynamic Capsule: Outfitted with a professional dynamic microphone element that rejects ambient low-frequency stage rumble. Its tight directional pickup pattern keeps your voice crisp and distinct in the intercom channel.

  • 270° Swivel Boom with Lift-to-Mute: The flexible, rugged boom arm rotates smoothly up to 270 degrees, allowing you to position the microphone cord on either the left or right side of your face. Rotating the boom arm vertically past the forehead activates an internal mechanical switch that instantly mutes your voice feed.

  • Universal 3.5mm TRRS Mini-Jack: Terminated with a reinforced 3.5mm audio pin. While engineered natively for the Mars T1000 beltpack line, it can also double as a backup communications headset for standard laptops, smartphones, or production consoles using a matching port.
