The Hollyland 8-Pin Dynamic Double-Sided Headset (Model: HL-DH-8PIN-01) is the official premium dual-ear replacement headset engineered for the beltpacks of the Solidcom M1 and Syscom 1000T wireless intercom systems.

Unlike single-ear variations, this dual-sided design isolates both ears with deep acoustic padding. It is built specifically for loud event environments—such as live rock concerts, large worship sanctuaries, motorsport tracks, and high-clearance industrial venues—where excessive ambient noise makes it difficult to hear standard intercom audio feeds.

 

Core Hardware & Design Features

  • Dual-Ear Passive Noise Isolation: Molded with two deep, over-ear leatherette cushions that seal firmly against the head. This physical barrier blocks external crowd noise and stage PA spill, allowing production personnel to focus strictly on technical directions.

  • Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone Capsule: Equipped with a high-end dynamic capsule that naturally rolls off ambient low-end frequencies. The directional hypercardioid pickup pattern isolates the user's speech while rejecting neighboring sound sources.

  • Flip-to-Mute Intelligent Boom: The rugged microphone boom arm can swing around up to 270 degrees, allowing the mic assembly to be oriented on either the left or right side of the headset. Moving the boom arm vertically past the forehead activates a mechanical microswitch that automatically mutes the outgoing voice loop.

  • Secure 8-Pin LEMO-Style Termination: Features a circular locking 8-pin connector block that aligns directly into the beltpack chassis. The integrated slide-locking sleeve prevents accidental cable pullouts or dropouts if the cord snags on studio rigging or scenery.
