The Hollyland Lark M2 Transmitter (Shine Charcoal) is an official OEM replacement wireless microphone unit designed exclusively for the Lark M2 dual-channel microphone system.

Shaped like a sleek, button-sized capsule, this standalone transmitter (TX) serves as a direct replacement if a component from your original kit is lost or structurally damaged. It seamlessly pairs back to your existing Lark M2 Camera, USB-C, or Lightning receiver (RX) to restore your multi-channel recording capabilities.

Core Hardware & Audio Features

  • Button-Sized Form Factor: Weighing only 9 grams, it is light enough to clip onto a collar, lapel, or t-shirt without sagging the fabric. It discards traditional bulky rectangular microphone chassis designs in favor of an ultra-low-profile aesthetic.

  • Magnetic Attachment Infrastructure: Built with an integrated internal rear magnet array. It pairs natively with the standard Lark M2 magnetic backplate necklace, clip attachments, or magnet clips, allowing you to secure the mic over or underneath wardrobe layers.

  • Advanced Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC): Equipped with a physical yellow side control button. Pressing it toggles an on-board hardware-based noise reduction algorithm that significantly attenuates low-frequency room rumble, ambient wind, and crowd spill while preserving structural vocal fidelity.

  • Studio-Grade 48kHz/24-Bit Performance: Despite its tiny scale, the integrated omnidirectional capsule samples clear, professional digital audio with a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 70 dB, capable of cleanly capturing sound up to a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 115 dB.

Sync & Re-Pairing Setup Instructions

When introducing a new replacement transmitter to your older system components, you must physically force a new pairing link so the receiver registers its serial number channel:

  1. For Mobile Receivers (USB-C / Lightning): Plug the receiver into your smartphone. Long-press the physical pairing button on the side of the receiver until its LED begins flashing rapidly. Take the replacement transmitter, hold down its yellow side button for roughly 3 seconds until its indicator light flashes, and wait for both lights to turn solid green/amber.

  2. For Camera Receivers (3.5mm Box style): Turn on the receiver. Long-press the physical volume knob/pair control on the receiver chassis until the screen enters pairing mode. Hold the side button of your new transmitter down until it matches states and locks into place as either TX1 or TX2.
