Just like its larger 512GB sibling, the SD-N (V90) lineup utilizes premium pSLC (Pseudo Single-Level Cell) NAND Flash memory. While standard consumer SD cards use multi-level cells that cause write speeds to fluctuate wildly as the card fills up, pSLC architecture treats the memory cells as single-level caches. This delivers incredibly stable, flat-line write performance and a much higher lifecycle endurance rating.
